BCCI Stadiums and Broadcaster are so big and respected that team like Bangladesh and Zimbabwe don't deserve to play on it and get covered live.

BCCI has to keep smaller cricket boards happy by means of series like this to get support in ICC. By these sort of series some good revenue will be earned by the host nation too as where india travels its good for the host nation on revenue generation.

^^ Yes you may be right but hosting ZCB is more beneficial rather then playing on their soil, as hardly any crowed will appear since Zimbabwe facing a huge financial crisis and moving towards US dollars, so at least poor, middle class, upper middle class may not even subscribe the channel to watch this series.
