He made CSK a ICements subsidary.It wont be easy to totally divest CSK from IC.He will need to call a SGM and seek share holders approval from all 90000 share holders as ICements is a listed company.
Also Dhoni cant own CSK as laws forbid it.
Its not easy at all.

I think as per report he's all set to diverts CSK and India Cement.
And if a Principal Owner can become Sports Enthusiasts then why not a Player can become Owner.
Not to forget Dhoni is a business man to own Chennai FC in ISL and Ranchi Rays in HHIL and one Motor Bike Team
He can become Owner of CSK too if BCCI's law is not allows this then it can be change within a minute as its a Private Firm who contract players and select National Team.

Let me read that first now. In mobile its not working. Also regarding Dhoni's ownership was my speculation only.
Court gives very big and strong verdict with 130 pages, that's why I preferred to watched news channels for Better understanding.
