It is never there in Telugu people blood. They know only being cheated.our Telugu political leaders are main culprits and Center using it.TDP is part of alliance with bjp and they have fear that if they demand more bjp won't give anyting.now bjp don't want Telugu states but TN because they want extra alliance

The government today said it will provide a special assistance of Rs 1,000 crore during the current financial year for development of Andhra Pradesh.

The funds will be utilised for the development of backward districts of Andhra Pradesh and creation of its new capital, including the Raj Bhawan, the High Court, the Secretariat, the Legislative Assembly, the Legislative Council, and other essential infrastructure.
