no. at that time british india was there who signed the division pact. i think he was lord irwin in 1946 nov. he signed.
but this time is different. that is y kashmir is not given them.
but i m interested to know y AP was divided if people were against it.
but y. i mean how they can divide ? on what basis the division was made ?
what i know since last 40 years telangana was supposed to b made. is it true ?

PERSONAL OPINION - as far as i know people wanted to be separated n it was since last 40 years.
since 1990s the movement started very fastly. a lot of people committed suicide as per the media reports.
so to blame any govt. is not good as division shud have taken place atleast 20 years back.
since last 20 years govt. has not fulfilled the decision.

Id 100 people keep demanding to divide a state, will it be justified to divide it. It matter how many were demanding for division.
