Important Is Tatasky activating Vertical TPs from GSAT 10 ?

I found some activities in Vertical Polarity in RF Scan. earlier Shubham also got the activities but it was for few minutes. now from half an hour its there .
This means Tatasky got TPs from Gsat ?
