An hour ago i had a chat with CC for a info about upgrading SD - HD Zapper . That guy even dont know about the addition of Asianet Plus I am not saying every person doesnt know but those CC r only for refreshing VC and register our complaints.
if its true then That CC is great.

Yes brother indeed defore you, there are many chat snap about gsat 10 but they have no info on this matter. Actually ts customer service is sun by third party, they know new update when ts send them. Ts is a client for that company and ts provide necessary details to that company i.e. Pack update, id or names etc.
