Is there extra charge for Single HD channel Addon?

Hi All.

I am planning to take videocon D2h. Right now, Im using Asianet STB. I am switching since Asianet is having high rates for HD transition/channels. They asking rs 3500 for basic model of HD STB.

Then I decided to switch to another provider. After some research, I came to a concolustion to go with Videocon.

I have some doubts. Somebody please help me here

Is there any charge for additional HD channel activation? For eg,if I select South Silver plan and added Mazhavil Manorama HD and asianet HD channels to it, is there any extra charge apart from the price of channel?

If you want to opt all HD channels Corresponding to your package then you have to subscribe HD addon.

Else if you want 2-3 HD channels then you just have to pay their a la carte price.

Yes, if you choose ala Carte you are charged for those channels.

Sounds good !. So, I think I can go with a normal package like South Silver plan and add 3-4 HD channels with it.

I think Airtel charges rs. 150 for this option to select channel from cla carte . right?

Yes, you can add those channels along with base packs but it would be too costly so choose south hd top up in Adtv.
