Issue with TATA SKY logo on HD channels

ok if i change the resolution to 1050 -50hz the issue get resolved just wondering does that mean i get lower quality picture as compared to 1080-60hz.
myd2h stb had no issue on 1080 60hz....
can some one help with their expert advise

Refresh rate has nothing to do with lower pic quality but no of seconds image is refreshes.
