1st one is - we all know d2h is going to become dish tv then y jaya hd will arrive on d2h platform.
second one is - what about the payment issues. how jaya hd will take from d2h who will be no more sooner than later and y d2h will pay to jaya hd when they r going to become dish tv ?

third one is - they need to take permision from dish tv from now onwards as the deal and its amount has been finalised.
