Ask cc they may help you also I was given these two channels for rs 29 last week and when I asked them that can I get this jingalala Saturday offer bu deactivating my previous pack and adding this they said it can't happen

I did this for Star World Premiere HD but it was a monthly pack. CC will always deny that I know so i am looking for surety else I will loose the annual pack benefit.
