- Anyone else who may be involved with the Promotion.
- Subscribers already holding TEN ACTION A LA Carte Channel
- Subscribers who are holding Ten Pack
- Subscribers on any version of Mega Pack
- Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.
- Subscribers, who drop and add the channel on the promotion day in order to avail the benefit, shall not be entitled to receive the offer benefits.
