Tata Sky offers” Pogo Channel at just Rs 4 for the first month “promotional” offer on Pogo A LA Carte Channel – It’s a 1 Day Promotion Offer ("Promotion") offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Residential subscribers subscribing to the Pogo Channel ("POGO”") on 14 Sep 2013 shall be entitled to receive Pogo channel at Rs 4 for the first month of subscription, after the completion of first month, the channel becomes chargeable at Rs 25 pm from second month onwards.

All Tata Sky subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) who avail of this offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:

"Active account status" means a positive account balance in your Subscriber Account.

"Promotion Day": 14 Sep 2013

Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open ONLY to Tata Sky subscribers with an Active account status.
  2. You must have subscribed to Pogo Channel on the Promotion Day.
  3. The following persons cannot avail this Promotion:
    1. Employees and relatives of Tata Sky;
    2. Tata Sky business associates including its dealers and advertising agencies; and
    3. Anyone else who may be involved with the Promotion.
    4. Subscribers already holding Pogo A LA Carte Channel
    5. Subscribers holding Kids Pack
    6. Subscribers holding having Pogo Channel in their Base Pack
  4. Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.
Modes of availing the Promotion:

  1. You may avail the Promotion by subscribing to the Pogo Channel on the Promotion Day by the following way:
    Giving a missed call on – 0 76762 76762 from Your Registered Mobile Number
  2. The price of the Pogo A LA Carte Channel is Rs 25 pm and you can get it for only Rs 4 for the first month by subscribing the channel on the promotion day.
  3. Rs 4 will get deducted on the offer day itself, if you subscribe to the package on the offer day.
  4. There will be no refunds/credits made to Your subscription account on You subscribing to the Pogo Channel on the Promotion Day itself.
  5. There will be no refunds/ credits made into your account if you are already holding the channel. The offer is exclusively for the subscribers who are currently not holding the channel either by way of Base pack, add on pack or A La Carte Channel.
  6. The pack stays chargeable at Rs 25 per month after the first month of subscription is over. No cash refunds shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
  7. Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Promotion or to withdraw it completely.
  8. Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Promotion caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
  9. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
  10. Tata Sky is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.

“Tata Sky Jingalala Saturday Actve Fun Learn offer” is a promotion offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Subscribers, having an active account status as defined herein below, subscribing to the Actve Fun Learn Pack ("Actve Fun Learn Pack") on 21 September, 2013 between 12:00 am to 23:59:59 pm shall be entitled to enjoy the service for just Rs 0.90 per day with a minimum 180 days subscription.

The Offer is in addition to the existing offers available from Tata Sky Ltd. and the Offer is available only on the Offer Day.

All Tata Sky Subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) who avail of this Offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions, in addition to the terms and conditions stipulated in the subscription contract that has been signed by you:
