OFFER

“Tata Sky Jingalala Saturdays Actve Music Offer” (“Offer”) is a promotional scheme which is being offered on Tata Sky Ltd. (“Tata Sky”), wherein a Tata Sky Subscriber (“You” / “Your”), having an Active Account Status and subscribes to the “Actve Music Pack” (“Pack") on 28 December, 2013 between 00:00 hours to 23:59:59 hours (“Offer Day”), will be made available the Pack only for Re 1 for the initial period of 30 days followed by the regular price of Rs 35 per month.

The Offer is, in addition, to any existing promotional scheme available from Tata Sky and this Offer can be availed only on the Offer Day.

In the event of You availing this Offer, in addition to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Subscription Contract (for the subscription of Tata Sky Direct to Home (DTH) services) You shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein this document.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. The Offer is open ONLY to Tata Sky Subscribers with an Active Account Status.
  2. You must have subscribed to Actve Music Offer Pack on the Offer Day between 00:00 hours to 23:59:59 hours.
  3. The following persons shall not be entitled to avail this promotional scheme:
    1. Employees and relatives of Tata Sky;
    2. Tata Sky business associates including the dealers and advertising agencies;
    3. Anyone who may be involved with the promotion such as Content Partners, Vendors, Agencies etc.; and
    4. Subscribers already holding and have subscribed to Actve Music Pack.
Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.

SUBSCRIPTION

  1. You may avail the Offer by subscribing to the Pack on the Offer Day for Re 1 for the first month. From the subsequent month, the monthly subscription fee for availing the Pack will be the regular price of Rs 35. You can subscribe to the Pack by any of the following methods:
    1. Missed call: By giving missed call on 078150 78150 from Your Registered Mobile Number (“RMN”).
    2. Tata Sky website: By logging on to My Tata Sky on www.mytatasky.com
    3. Helpline: By calling the Tata Sky helpline.
  2. No two offers can be clubbed to avail this Offer.
  3. Post subscribing to Pack, You will have to press Actve button on remote and select Actve Music to view this Interactive Service or You can directly tune-in to Channel No. 650.
  4. After the completion of the initial Period of 30 days which is offered for Re 1, the Pack will be subsequently charged at Rs 35 per month.
GENERAL

  1. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this promotional scheme or to withdraw it completely.
  2. Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this promotional scheme caused by Force MajeureEvents which are beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
  3. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this promotion scheme shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India.
  4. Tata Sky shall not be responsible for printing or typographical errors in any promotional materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.
  5. All capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Subscription Contract.
  6. In the event of any inconsistency between the Subscription Contract and these Terms and Conditions, in so far as this Offer is concerned, the later shall prevail.

Tata Sky offers” Topper Channel at just Rs 6 for the first month” “promotional” offer on TOPPER A LA Carte Channel – It’s a 1 Day Promotion Offer ("Promotion") offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Residential subscribers subscribing to the TOPPER Channel ("TOPPER”) on 4 Jan 2014 shall be entitled to receive TOPPER channel at Rs 6 for the first month of subscription, after the completion of first month, the channel becomes chargeable at Rs 60 pm from second month onwards.

  2. The Price of the TOPPER A LA Carte Channel is Rs 60 pm and you can get it for only Rs 6 for the first month by subscribing the channel on the promotion day.
  3. Rs 6 will be deducted from your account on the day of promotion itself.
  4. The pack stays chargeable at Rs 60 per month after the first month of subscription is over. No cash refunds shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
  5. Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Promotion or to withdraw it completely.
