That's not good. They should have given 2 GB per day for 499 instead of 1 GB. In this way they could have got higher revenue and users too would have recharged a lot

Users who recharge with the Rs. 499 plan will be rewarded with 2GB data per day, which is same as the previous I contact Jio customer care, and they have also confirmed the same. That said, users can get 2GB of 4G data daily for free for four months at just Rs. 598
