HELP JioFi automatically disconnected

My JioFi device automatically disconnected during browsing. i connected device to apple mac mini system jio fi disconnected and all indicators switched off. and automatically all signal indicators switched on in white colour and connected. whats d reason? i go through settings and disable power save but it happened today. whats d reason?

Bataya to bhai.

• Connect your JioFi device to laptop using the USB cable provided.
• Open 192.168.1.1 on chrome or any other web browser
• Login with the ID and password and try to reset the device. If problem solves well and good else rush to service center.

ok. i will reset .daily one or two time it happens. sometimes after one hour or half an hour browsing...if i download something it will lost otherwise no problem.

As D Major bro suggested try to use another Jio sim (which is hard to find) in the device to check if everything is OK with the SIM

no chance bro jio sim broken out from sim strap at the first time insertion. but i levelled the strap and insert. after connecting one hour it happened. if signal problem how the all lights of device switch off? here signal is changed every time with blue (medium ) and green . is it a inbuilt usage restriction trick of jio?

Nothing like that. Mine is working nicely.

here every time signal light changes green to blue and blue to green. and Band 3 to Band 5. is it network problem not device problem? store bill have replacement Guaranty within 7 days. is it required to replace?

Then you got a huge signal issue bro. Try to find a place where network fluctuation is less.
