TV Today consulting editor Rajdeep Sardesai was on Sunday manhandled by a group of pro-Modi supporters outside Madison Square Garden in New York. The incident took place shortly before Prime Minister Narendra Modi was to address the Indian-American community.

Immediately after the incident Sardesai tweeted: "Great crowd at Madison square garden! except a few idiots who still believe abuse is a way of proving their machismo! [HASHTAG]#ModiAtMadison[/HASHTAG]"

What happened at Madison square with Rajdeep Sardesai. Out of all hundreds of journalists, Sardesai got into a fight because he was provoking people.... Just read this and watch this telecast...

But he was provoking them by asking silly questions which hurt their sentiments and they lose control over it
