You can try setting up for Dolby Atmos slowly when you get rear speakers. But receiver should decode it.

We have to set up speakers on floor also bro. We can't put them in rented house. Yes for dolby atmos we have to buy hi end AVR.

Yes. It would be a problem in rented house.

You would need to buy expensive Blu- Ray discs of movies as well for Dolby Atmos. I don't see any content source for Dolby Atmos other than Blu-Ray for now. So Dolby Digital + would be good till Atmos becomes more common and cheaper.
