Juveniles to be treated as adults

Because juveniles commiting heinous crimes are rare.Generally they are deprived of their family ,education and all the basic needs. So they get in touch with criminals for their shelter ,food.Even most of them influened by their boss and commit crime.As they are immature they don't know its future course of action.So we should give them a chance.Repeating offenders must be treated as adults.

If a bastard can know how to pull an intestine from sexual organs then such rascals should be shot dead instead of thinking if he is Juvenile or adult.
