Malayalam Kairali TV and Asianet Jointly Purchased Loham Satellite Rights

This will be the first Mohanlal Movie Rights of Kairali TV. They holding only Old Movie Rights of Mohanalal. Loham released today (20th August 2015) All over India. Loham is Produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner Aashirvad Cinemas. Loham telling the story of Smuggling Gold, Mohanlal is playing the role of Raju. He is a taxi driver and Andrea Jeremiah playing the female lead role.
Mohanlal, Andrea Jeremiah, Siddique, Vijayaraghavan, Ajmal Ameer, Renji Panicker etc are in the star cast of Loham. Its written and Directed by Renjith, This is his next movie with Mohanlal after Spirit. Oru Vadakkan Selfie is another Movie purchased by Asianet and Kairali TV. Oru Vadakkan Selfie is premiering both channels on 27th August 2015 at 7.00 P.M. Asianet and Kairali TV Premiering the Movie Oru Vadakkan Selfie on Same time.

Exactly. On the other hand I think Kairali planning to launch one movie channel soon. Already Asianet and Sun Network has one in malayalam. Most probably Kairali have that in mind. Its just my view and analysis.

But in days like onam...everything will run and will get plenty of Advertisement. The advantage should be on other channels like Mazhavil Manorama, Surya etc..

But Asianet having no. 1 TRP and not Kairali, Ad companies will obviously sign with Asianet rather then Kairali because of TRP then what's the benefit for Kairali ?

Your points are absolutely right. I cant come to a conclusion on that.May be some sort of mutual understanding in revenue sharing and so on may be available. I am running out of words. I am planning to watch the movie on Surya TV.. Decided to skip both...
