SVBC is available in kannada add on from long back

Don't you find difference in both these statement ? As a layman what i understand from Deep.S post is " Kannada Audio Feed will be added on SVBC" where from you post it looks like " SVBC is already available in a addon known as Kannada since long back"

So, how came both are same things ?
