News Karnataka moves SC against Jaya's acquittal in DA case, cites mathematical error in HC judgement

The Karnataka government on Tuesday moved the Supreme Court against the acquittal of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister acquittal in the disproportionate assets case.

This comes almost a month after the Karnataka High Court acquitted the AIADMK chief in the DA case, following which the special prosecutor in the case alleged grave mathematical error in the judgement.
