Kerala police has asked the senior police official who was caught cheating while writing the LLM examination on Monday morning to go on leave.
T J Jose, inspector general of police of Thrissur range, was appearing for a paper on constitutional law at St Paul's college, Kalamassery. Confirming this, DGP KS Balasubramanian said, "We have asked the IG to go on leave for few days. Further action will be taken once the preliminary report is submitted".
Meanwhile, a press note from MG University states that that the university vice chancellor has ordered an inquiry into the incident.
