- “Khushiyon Ki Diwali Offer” (KKD offer) is applicable for both existing and new subscribers of VDL DTH from 1st Oct 2016 to 30th Nov 2016 (Offer Period).
- Offer is applicable for 60 days for both existing and new customers from the day of availing the offer.
- All new subscribers during the offer period have to chose a monthly subscription plan and will be upgraded to the higher monthly subscription plan for 60 days as per the below matrix. The customer will be charged only for subscription plan he has chosen at the time of availing the subscription.
(Missed Call Number for booking a new connection is 8010333333) - Existing customers can avail this offer by giving a missed call on 8010968343 or by calling up the call centre 073558 73558.
- In case of Existing Customers, Rs 10 will be deducted upfront from the customer’s d2h account and will be upgraded to the higher monthly subscription plan for 60 days as per the below matrix, however he will be charged only for his old subscription plan during this period.
- Once the offer availing period (i.e. 60 days) is over then customer will remain in the upgraded offer and thus from 61st day, customer will be charged as per the upgraded monthly subscription plan.
- Customer can avail this offer only once during the offer period.
- Currently, KKD offer is not available for Platinum / South Platinum for SD subscribers and Platinum HD & S. Platinum HD for HD subscribers.
- KKD Offer is not applicable for New customers who want to avail Flexi Pack.
- KKD Offer is not applicable if the monthly subscription plan is downgraded during the offer period.
- The KKD Offer is applicable only for those subscribers availing VDL’s DTH Services on monthly recharge basis.
