Secularism is a subjective matter which differs from country to country....
So we can say that country like Saudi Arabia is at one end & India is at another end regarding this.......
What you see now going on in France, no one cann't imagine, would happen in India.....
So countries like America, Germany, Australia...have different mindset & approach when dealing with such things.....

The constitutional law should be rewritten as it is outdated and structured to the current situations and every 10 years ti should be restructured.

Including political reforms.....This is very much required taking into consideration common man's interests...

But sadly our constitution cannot be re-written as they is no such a process. In US it may be there, but here its a one time life time permanent constitution

I think Constitutional ammendments are done many times by UPA also.....Constitution is not like a religious book which cann't be rewritten....
Sri Lanka changed its full constitution twice & now have presidential system...

But that is the issue of state parties and I am completely against all those and for me there should be only 2 parties like we have in US no need of small parties

Small parties are getting prominence because of current political system.....US doesn't have party politics & parliamentary democracy.....
