Yes, it is scrambled for platinum HD rest of India. Maybe available only as a la carte or as Malayalam add on.

no it only available as alcarta, not in malayalam addon or malayalam packages A terrific move by d2h. Alacarta price 15+tax. Not afforable for common man like me for this single cartoon channel.
