Nope bro, I have least info about Airtel Transponders but according to my belief, to compensate the Loss of ESS HD channels, Airtel will try to minimize the effect by adding these much hyped HBO HD channels.

Airtel is choosy in adding channel, and just teases its subscribers, thats why they are lacking in HD channel addition. Airtel will run out of TP space around next year. So they are somewhat careful.
SES9 will launch in 2015, NSS11 is on its last legs, Astra 1E has already ran its life cycle of 15 years...

They'll surely do. Zee and Star are old rivals, thats why dish tv doesnt adds ESS HD.
But Airtel is not a rival, they are only having some issues over money... once settles we'll soon see both channels.

Cricket is a religion in India.... they cant do without it, no matter how hard they try.

Adtv is making a smart move by not adding all the channels as it might get space crunch in near future.
Regarding ESS HD channels, it might be added soon.
