7% difference is not much and can be easily recovered once GSAT 10 is at place.

dish tv is a big no no as it don't have star ckt, espn, star sports even in its highest package... sports lover would not be interested to take dish tv..

Other players should make an aggressive steps to retain the subscribers base. Look at rdtv its way down due to its customer service, pathetic software and delayed actions make them no.1 loser. But i couldnt find the AV quality in other dths.

I think customer had been requesting RDTV from ages to improve the Software but it seems that they has turned complete blind ear towards it.
