Now premier word meaning has been changed after debacle result of HBO premiere HD channels. Now every broadcaster is saying that their channel is a premier channel but actually they are not. They will available in higher packs but they don't charge separately.

It is the word 'premiere' creating confusion, I suppose. HBO Defined and Hits were to be premium channels, meaning they would have content very different from other channels. Which they did: adfree, multi-lingual features, HD content. Unfortunately their strategy wasn't good enough or the timing wasn't just right.
SWP on the other hand calls it a premiere and premium for two reasons:
1. Premiere because they are the first ones to premiere (or air) a lot of shows before anybody else. The content is later shown on its sister channel Star World.
2. It calls this channel premium because it is served only in HD (unlike Star World which has both SD & HD), without commercial breaks.
Coming to movie channels like SMS, MN+ & SLPlex, they are just movie channels but since they are available only in High Definition, that makes them somewhat premium over the rest of the movie channels.
Distributors like Tata Sky may choose to serve it the best way for them possible. Using words like premium and premiere are just marketing tricks
