Important LED vs LCD vs Plasma TV

For me definition of good TV is changed now. I purchased a 40" EDGE LED TV for ₹ 65,000 and it lasted only for 2 years. Whereas I purchased an 32" Onida TV for ₹ 26000 at same time and it's working perfectly even today.

So, which one should I call a good TV ( both are full HD )

ri8....All Major brands uses main LCD panel of Samsung or of LG, Some companies like Micromax and other cheap brands uses China LCDs. So Onida or any other good reputed company TV are best. It's just Indian people mentality that only Sony is best others are crap.
Sometimes hearing this I get so annoyed but any way we can't explain them what is right or wrong. As per my View I don't like Sony. I have used and seen sony items, major items are crap as per Price tag. their Cameras, xperia phone are bad, TVs till 2012 ware total crap new 2013 model are good.
I have tested many Sony items critically and now mostly I stay away from sony as much as possible.

Even LG TVs are compatible to play all sort of video format.

Yes LG also plays all format, I forgot the name...

Since my childhood, my family has been using Onida and all the CRT or LED are best and long lasting.

So, 2 brand which i always trust is Onida and Godrej. And keep exploring other brands.

Yes..Godrej is very good...i'm using Godrej AC ...it's too good, simple to use, less maintenance cost, and Big + point too much less electricity consumption than other foreign brands

And Godrej service is marvellous . Their service centre is like any other company but the senior official are very sensitive.

Recently i had issue with my Refridgerator and i written to their Managemnet and they charged me only for parts and no service charge because in previous attempt Engineer didn't fixed the issue properly.

Samsung have introduced this option in latest models of LEDs.

We can record any content that is playing on our USB or External Hard Disk

ooh wow ! that look handy .but apart from that smart tv is useless . i have Sony one . i didn't use any of it smart features apart from DLNA to watch holiday pics ..

I am no more interested in smart TV as I didn't used my current one feature in these 2 years.

So, I am planning to buy a plain LED TV.

This 3D and smart TV concept might be suiting for some but its better that you for plain full HD TV....

When purchasing the LED i was very keen to get 3D.

Only i had watched one movie AVATAR in 3D in 8 months period.

I had purchased 3d Plasma TV.....but no use of having 3d tv atleast for me as i have not watched any 3d content in that TV....
