The date of permission is older, so i think it was not newly added or modified license.

I think they haven't got permission for taking over espn in india.After permission they will change name to starsports 4.
But they have permission for another hd channel(last one) but its launching is on hold due to space problems in almost all dth.

So Movies OK will come as star gold action movies.That means they will change the content and they will give only action movies.So technically Movies OK is a big failure.
