Could be an error - try rescanning the channels in stb. CC in Airtel are dumbass, how come one user with same package see the channel and other can’t. Try contacting Nodal if the scanning doesnt solve your issue.

Absolutely, CC in Airtel are Dumbass. You nailed it. This Infinity pack always had got issues, one way or the other for certain few.
