i dont usually go with LTR as i might jump to another dth paltforms anytime i want as well as always invest in HD box only.
Technoglitch Bro, it is my father who recharges the account, and he usually goes for LTR. I am am still a student. He doesn't watch much, only news and religious channels, so we are on Super Gold pack.

It's actually not good to stick to TV till schooling and College is over. So, your dad is going great and you too should concentrate on learning things outside.
Once you are married and have job with a blood sucking manager, you gonna give all your free time to TV only

I got inclined towards TV and DTH after marriage only. Before that friends and partying was devoted to my free times.
IndianMascot I don't watch TV that much, only Comedy Nights and music channels for a few hours in the day. Now since I have read the reality of Comedy Nights, I don't find it much funny now. Anirudha

coming back to d2h Long term recharges, not surprised over this move, as d2h was in sleeping mode for last2 years so most of
HD LTR customers who either moved to others or some started recharging monthly basis..including me.
SD never go for LTR most of the time.
Unless and until they come back to initial phase (similar @launching HD services and 22max hds kind of) most HD's pep won't go for LTR..so it doesn't make difference.
Having 4K cake now onboard, we can expect further customer friendly future LTR changes in d2h attitude, when d2h will bring 4K UHD boxes + max UHD channels + max HD channels all in one SOON.
Till then nothing special and great to customers and can continue their DREAM run.
