Looking for a new Remote

Wow never knew D2H could be so harsh to it's distributes & employee for delay/ unresponsive or poor quality of customer service.
I had called up the customer care head last Saturday as my remote was malfunctioning ... he said that some one would call up shortly & i would get a replacement within an 2 hours. I received a msg with work order number... after an hour i received another message stating that the work order was closed. I felt strange as i had still not received the remote.. i called up the CC head again he said that he must be on his way & it was 8 pm thus the office must have closed the work order & i will get the remote shortly.
I had some other plans thus we moved out... next day morning i repaired my old remote my self & it started working.I then thought lets continue it till the time it works. Again on problem started i had to pat the remote to make it work.... annoyed i called up the Mr. singh again stating that my remote was still not replaced. He was surprised.. he sent some internal communication suddenly i get a call from my local engineer (who as assigned the work order for the first time) ... he said that he is out of job & his distribution code was cancelled by D2H because of my complain.
SO basically when he called up there was some high official from D2H on conference & i was not aware of the same. He wanted to listen to the conversation between me & the engineer... Any ways i had to intervene again & had to request the Mr. singh not to take any action against the engineer as he was associated with D2H for 5 years now & i certainly do want to suffer because a small remote !!!
finally i would be receiving the remote today they said they would charge me 200 but the same would be credited back to my account !!!
The incident was uncalled for but it actually good to know tht d2h is serious for customer service !!!

I take all my kind words back look at this incident .... the service engineer of D2H tried to cheat me !!! guess he was not aware of my history of compensation !!! i was laughing out loud !!!
again had to sent a stinker over email & the engineer will never forget the call he had today with me caught red handed ... now he will have many answers to give to his employers !!!
I got the remote delivered to my wife office ... he thought he can the lady !!! gave her a duplicate local remote ... fortunately i asked her to send me a pic !!! wolla !!! i bumped out of my chair !!! seeing the first image !!! called up he apologized & then swiftly came back to her office and gave the original remote !!!
Now i am waiting for D2H to revert back on the incident !!! thinking to sue them again !!! for this misconduct !!!

Why to sue d2h for its employee's mistake?
