HELP Looking for Tata Sky HD New connection

I am planning to buy a new Tata Sky HD connection. I want to know whether anyone can provide a new connection at a cheaper rate. Any purchase link with any coupon code and so on?
I am Staying in Trivandrum, Kerala.

That I too feel so. Most confusing thing is the one who put the product in sale is from Mumbai and I am residing in Kerala. In ebay he is saying Installation is free and so. But how can one come here from mumbai to kerala. More over little bit complication is there. Have to fill the CAF and so on. Giving Address proof and so on can some times create issues. Anyway It seems I should drop that plan.
Forgot one thing...10 metre cable is free. Everyone knows that more than 10 metre is must for everyone. So....
