HTC Lot of problems in my HTC desire 820 phone

Shocked to hear this....I never used HTC phones but I thought that these phones are of good quality....Also phones are costly....
Btw may be some app is the cause of getting wifi or mobile data enabled....I come across one app which used to enable GPS automatically...

i did not download any app recently.

You can do factory reset but you will have to take backup of all like contact, media, audio etc

Costly phone doesn't mean they give service to you and you can't even ditch such phone atleast for a year.
