Update Mahuaa is replaced with Mahuaa PLUS on d2h

From what I have learnt, Tata Sky is having most laziest tech team as hardly seen any changes on Saturday and sunday.

They even added Sony Pal on advance because they wish to enjoy their weekend holidays
