when TP was activated I was getting error code on channels like ''smartcard not valid'' or e-16
it solved only after reset....
..who dont know about scanning they were crying on fb page of d2h....

Ok. That's the reason even my brother was telling that he is not able to view channels day before yesterday and getting smart card error. When he cleaned the smartcard and re-inserted, he was able to view the channels.
