Delivery upto your place comes under his duty. I am not sure about fixing it. I can ask a friend who has gas agency.

Do anyone have email id of sone HP where I can file a complaint. It has been 10 days they haven't gave me a new LPG connection
There is a complaint lodging system I guess on the website. I think it will work the best.

No revert from there too since last 3 days. It's completely useless.
I went to their dealer office. Those idiots asked me to fill online. And even after applying it online since last 10 days, nothing has happened.
