It's better for Snapdeal to accept the mistake & refund the money/send another product to the customer which would help them in future brand building. Because these online thing is all to do with trust with that brand & lower prices that people would expect.
Don't know how they would compete with giants like Amazon.....
Amazon is spending & investing in logistics heavily......Snapdeal is selling stakes to foreign players...
So it seems only FK os the only big Indian player....
Amazon is already famous in such absurd deliveries. I have heard numerous incidents regarding ebay and amazon. I think Snapdeal is 1st such case that happened in India.
