How To Download Software Manually When This Type Of Error Comes.

Step I :→ Remove Both Wires Of HD+ STB.

Step II:→ Take A 2 Way Power Pass Splitter(Recommended) Or A Coupler (Jointer){Its Easily Available In Market About

Step III:→ Take Two Wires Like This.

Step IV:→ Joint The Wires(One Side Is Connected To The Dish Input And Other Side To For Outputs, Here Black One Is The Input And 2 White one Is The Outputs)

Step V:→ Connect The Remaining Ends To The STB.

Step VI :→ When Your STB is on, close it from the mains without switching off from remote.After some time switch on stb from mains and when 'please wait initializing' comes on screen, press back button twice and then press 2465. Software will start downloading.

Where can I get the wires(white ones)? is it available on ebay or flipkart? What are these wires called?

The white ones are the normal coaxial cable which we are uses in DTH.
To make these cable we required :-1m, two coaxial cable with 4,f connectors.

Coaxial cable is used for 5.1 sound right? This looks like the cable coming from LNB. What does that cable called which comes from LNB?

No,its not 5.1 sound cable, its a cable which is coming from LNB,
Normally we uses this type of cable in cableTV & DTH.
In market coaxial cable avl 5-10 rs per m & f connector 5-10rs per peace so total cost for both cable is 30-40 inr.

Shubham good info and @gopichand you can get white cable (coaxial) at the electronics shop for cheap and it was used in antenna for viewing DD channels and now in DTH and cable.
For 5.1, you can get composite cables.
