Scan your STB. It will come. I did same way morning.

Settings -> select option 7(Installation)-> enter password(1234)-> Box settings->Satellite->Enter password(4th, 6th,8th, 10th numbers of your smart card number)-> Now do scan(i think green color button)-> Once scan is done, it will show all the channels.
