That is accurate. I remember watching this channel in upscaled version, and then they replaced it with 1080i 16:9 ratio. It is in fact a HD channel. If it was an upscaled one, I'd be able to tell the difference.

That's bcoz Nat Geo Music SD channel had shut down and now all operators use downscaled HD feed of Nat Geo Music HD. Just 16:9 aspect ratio does not make a channel HD

Well if Dish TV is providing Nat Geo Music with proper HD specifications then surely they r telecasting it in HD. I just said that they don't count it in their HD channel count.

To be frank with you dish tv is having 49 true hd channels followed by tata sky with 47 and so on so whatever channels is added by dish tv which is not there on other dth like baby tv hd nat geo music hd and so on are true hd channels and is counted as a hd channel

I checked their website, it's in the list. I don't know what you mean by they don't count it as HD channel. They only have one upscaled channel as far as I believe, and that'd be BabyTV. They count that one as well.

what they are counting it is not at all matter to us.what we are getting it is matter.first you said it is not true HD channel again saying Dish TV do not counting it..when I asked about upscale channels of zee which were counted by zee as Hd channels then no answer.How many proofs you want bro??now telling Dish TV counting services also as HD count.who are talking about services here??do you think NGC Music is a service channel??
