But If Its Uplinking Only Means They Don't Have Downlink Permission

if the broadcaster is from India then no need of downlinking permission they has to take uplinking permission to give the feed to other countries.if the broadcaster is from foreign then they have to take downlink permission.

If you guys checked the list then you will found that CC HD is not present in list but available in TS.

Even few international channels are not present in the list but available in the platform.

Means is there different list of downlink ?
