Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) is in the middle of yet another controversy, party MLA Jarnail Singh has officially been declared an absconder by the Delhi Police. He is accused of assaulting a Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) engineer.
Jarnail Singh was elected from the constituency of Tilak Nagar in West Delhi. He has been named in the FIR for allegedly leading a mob that thrashed the engineer.
Confirming the reports, Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi said the MLA is absconding.
