Please this time it should not happened like it had happened with tata sky i.e satellite was successfully launched but no news of tps after that

nothing like that would happen as it is launched from french airspace and it is MEASAT.

I hope but New govt already start to make damage to sun group so anything can happen. Govt can hold new satellite capacity untill new regulation come in effect. So anything is possible?

It's very early to say what will happen. We were in impression that as soon as GSAT 10 will start operation Tata Sky Will get transponders but they still have not acquired it and nothing has happened.

Ariane 5 launches with Optus 10 and MEASAT-3b

An Ariane 5 ECA has successfully launched two telecommunication satellites on Thursday. Optus 10 and MEASAT-3b both rode uphill on the Arianespace workhorse out of the European Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana, following lift off late in the launch window – due to two technical holds – at 22:05 GMT.
