His indention is not to criticize the particular politician or party , he made dialogue about current Tamil Nadu politics issue, and of course covered all parties in Tamil Nadu and India.
In movie his last dialogue is "Nothing personal only sos".
i think after vijayakanth no one talking like this good messages in movies , now vijay only the eligible Hero/person can speak about social issues ,ARM talked about this on one talk show.that is reason ARM doing his next social message movie with vijay.
Some stomach burning people cant accept this , so they are criticize this issue.
Bro in present Tamil Nadu govt charging double taxation on movies which is not there in any state.
Charging for Tamil movies one rate, for Indian movies another rate and for foreign movies there is separate rate again this thing is not there in any state.
So vijay did say anything about this?? Why this kind of things doing by Tamil Nadu govt??
Still Telugu movies Are not releasing in TN due to this. They are opposing this.

Double tax introduced only on oct I.e. post shooting. And theatre did shut down lib protest of it and Tamil films were too affected. It is not Tamil, Telugu but the entire industry is at stake.

SPI cinemas still collect the ticket at rs 120 only and the tax sums totalling rs.158.

If one or two is not releasing then nothing can be done. As of now film industry as voiced out its opinions and theatres were shut down for double taxation. Theatres then were allowed to hike the ticket rates and now the cost is rs 158 without gst and ent tax.
