That is the reason I said heroes say many dialogues but they don’t follow.
In Telugu chinrajeevi was a regular tax payer and his fans always saying their hero always pay regularly but later we got to know he pays regularly but not full amount.
It applies to most of the heroes.. even with vijay also.

It is an open secret that many are evading taxes but that doesn't mean only the actor is at fault. The dialogue writer, the director and the crew should be made at fault.

Nope absolutely not. In south there is only hero is doing everything.even producer also a dummy.without knowing of hero none of the director or producer can put any of dialogue in any cinema. Now these big heroes rule the south industry especially in Tamil and Telugu.

Not south , only Telugu industry doing like this things, In tamil nadu other than one person all are director hero only.Few years back vijay said i will not act as a smoker,but atlee required that scene for mersal to show another vijay as a negative character.and also he is not decide the heroin , music director and technical team, once he decide producer and director then all will be hand over to director , he dont interfere them.
