The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting ( MIB) has issued show-cause notices to four TV channels in 2016 for alleged violation of Programme Code under the Cable TV Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 and Rules. As per information provided by Minister of State in the MIB Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore in the Lok Sabha, the four TV channels are Care World TV, FTV, CVR English and Oscar Movies.
