Yes bro even I would upgrade to same . Hope we get all drivers by manufacturers by that time. That's the pain area as last time I upgraded mine Thinkpad to win 8.1 I was not able to disable the wi-fi and the light was always glowing on all time.
I think only support is ending but patches would continue to release till 2020.........So if its true then users should be able to use Win 7 till 2020......
What else MS can do otherwise to make more profit but to keep releasing new OS every 2 years.......
Otherwise just use Linux flavours......as file standards & formats are same ......

2020 is quite long time. I am sure most of people will move to windows 10 as it is as friendly as windows 7 and as advanced as windows 8.1

The patches would be ceased gradually in the coming years. The year 2020 is the final call.
