Few months back Power adapter of my HD STB was gone. i called him and he sent the product immediately to the office of my Son.I returned the old power adapter 2 days later only. he collected from the office of My Son.

All 3 will be changed as per their policy . Its a simple equation. AFAIK new STB is having Power adapter and remote in the Pack itself. while exchanging to the same Model then no issue in only STB but its totally differant Model.

No sir, if the old stb have not adopter then they will change it other wise stb will be change, no provision of remote changing.

the packet will only have stb.

I think tata sky has only doing mpeg2 stb to mpeg4 and field technician will decide what is need for replacement of particular user depend on situation. So i think no pack stb is given to user.
